Perform 100% of recipe & SOP and ensure kitchen staff follows
Perform kitchen preparation
follow upline instruction & Wear proper uniform
daily kitchen cleaning & hygiene
inform upline when stock running low
Maintain Fast & accuracy in making order
Daily equipment maintenance
manage refrigerator storage
Stock keeping & stock ordering
Follow cleaning schedule
Training and guiding new staffs
Perform and manage all kitchen checklists
understanding of item sales mix
planning kitchen schedule & arranging support
ensure food quality and ingredient transfer
manage COGS
Any other ad hoc outlet duties assigned by Kitchen-in-charge
Passion for creativity and a desire to work with quality ingredients within team environment
Job Requirements:
No experience required as training will be provided
No minimum qualification but must be able to read and write simple English
Strong team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work on shifts, public holiday and weekends
