Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support VP HR in all HR functions
- Lead and implement human capital policies to improve retention outcomes
- Drive performance management and analyze data for progression norms
- Plan and execute HR engagement campaigns
- Oversee compensation and benefits program
- Collaborate with business units to understand human capital needs
- Advance Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
- 5 years of managerial experience preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, and managerial skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Work on projects that influence the organization
- Grow and develop with a fast-transforming organization
- Play an active role in corporate purpose blueprint
