What you will do
You will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled HR professionals to develop and execute talent strategies in partnership with business leaders. As a strategic partner to the business/ function, you will proactively engage in the development of business strategies; consider these insights as input to talent strategy development and workforce planning, Talent Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Acting as the straight edge with Business / Functions, you will be accountable to execute processes such as Performance Assessment, Career Planning, Succession Planning & Career and Staffing in line with corporate intent, engaging with career communities to ensure scale of the corporation is considered where appropriate.
You will implement labor processes, in line with corporate principles and expectations, and where required, in partnership with central groups and regional teams to conduct execution of mergers, acquisition and other asset management activities.
You will work across the HR function to full leverage the integrated HR Operating Model and proactively identify areas for continuous improvement.
As a member of business leadership as well as functional HR teams and as a leader in the corporation you will live the \xe2\x80\x9cExpectations of leaders\xe2\x80\x9c as well as hold other accountable.
