Job Description


Our Client is an Established Logistics & Supply Chain Corporation. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resource Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR Strategies aligned with the Organization\'s goals.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective management of Human Capital.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization\'s overall objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and programs.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization\'s compensation strategy is competitive.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust policies and practices accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role in a Logistics & Supply Chain Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
