Overall supervision of the HR Department for local and all regional offices
Assist the Management in driving a collaborative and engaging work culture among the different business units in the Company
Keep workforce engaged, with sound talent management and retention strategies
Formulate career progression, succession, compensation & rewards plans to improve employee performance
Present key initiatives and campaigns to key stakeholders, ensuring buy in and timely implementation
Prepare and present HR budget, bonus and increment proposal/slides for discussion with Head of Corporate Services
Streamlining general processes and policies, maintaining accurate records, and leveraging data analytics to facilitate informed decision-making by the Management
Front all audit matters pertaining to external and internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
Degree holder
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Experience in retail industry will have added advantageous
Good knowledge of MOM Regulations and Employment legislations
