Oversee the processing of work-injury, including but not limited to streamlining the process, ensuring timeliness in the submission of work-injury cases and managing the enquiries from the department
Manage Insurer and Broker to ensure that claims are processed according to statutory requirement and on a timely manner. This will include work injury reporting, updating of medical leave records and submitting required documents for insurance claims.
Work closely with Finance in the administration of claims and reimbursement pertaining to the work-injury case
Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Legal and relevant departments to facilitate seamless claim processing and resolution
Administer and review benefits policies and programs to ensure compliance to employment related regulations and alignment with Company\'s total rewards strategy
Provide advice on the day-to-day application of benefits policies, programs, and procedures
Conduct utilization analysis and reports for management
Manage the in-house clinic, including liaising with the clinic on work-injury cases
Ensure accuracy of execution of monthly payroll (leave) processes
Support planning and review of employee benefits, insurance renewals and other benefit initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
Good knowledge of employment legislations and government statutory requirements
Sound understanding of benefits principles and processes
Analytical, independent, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
