This is a sole contributor role. This role allows the incumbent to take on new career challenges and grow with the organization. Adecco is partnering with a world-renowned retailer in sportswear. Responsibilities: Report to the Human Resources Manager to provide full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation, staff benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and general admin Assist to Operation Manager as a business partner to support and liaise with all retailing shops in providing HR professional support To administrate the monthly payroll on a timely basis with different kinds of reporting and analysis Responsible for all retailing frontline and office recruitment in an effective and efficient way to fulfil the HR hiring metrics Support C&B processes including payroll calculation, salary increments and commission scheme reviews Review and analyze HR data to prepare regular and ad-hoc HR business reports Conduct the orientation to all office and retail new hires HR policies and procedures in line with Headquarters and in accordance with Singapore labour legislation Ensure compliance with government requirements in Singapore Liaison with HR for different HR projects/tasks To support and manage the administration function to maintain the daily operations Any ad hoc assignment. Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines Min. 4 years relevant experience in HR, experience in retailing is a definite advantage In-depth knowledge in Labour Ordinance Sensitive to figures and good analytical mind Mature, self-driven, good personality, organized and able to meet deadline Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English Next Steps Prepare an updated resume (including your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.), the expected package , reasons for leaving and executive summary.
