The Senior Payroll & HR Consultant - Modern Award role takes ownership of Modern Award administrative duties, payment processing, and compliance requirements while working closely with our HR Business Partners and Employment Counsel team. The successful candidate will also manage payroll operations across multiple APAC jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to diverse local regulations while providing leadership to the payroll team and project delivery support where required.
This strategic role requires vendor management capabilities and the ability to drive process improvements across our regional operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven payroll experience, understanding of Modern Award frameworks, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
