Responsibilities:
- Supports the HR Director on the following duties:
- Develop and lead the employee engagement activities in both Commercial and Operations site
- Singapore lead for Workday programs and initiatives for both Commercial and Operations
- Prepares statutory surveys/reports and ensure timely submissions
- Assists in the HR annual cycle activities such as annual performance management exercise, salary benchmark survey, performance appraisal
- Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitates induction program to new joiners in the Singapore and Area office, especially the logistics and the session plan
- Ensures HR database up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees, maintain proper administration of employee files, assists in data analysis and metric tracking
- Provides administrative support on HR activities such as benefits administration, HR letters, track and process confirmation and other general HR duties as assigned
- Min Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in similar position, preferably in life science industry
- Proficient in Workday
- Able to start immediate or short notice preferred
