SENIOR HR/ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Reporting to Senior Finance Manager.

To provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of HR operations / KPI Management

• Handle recruitment and selection process from job posting, shortlisting, arranging interview

• Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter, etc.

• Manage WP, SP, EP matters - application, renewal, cancellation, monitoring quota details, expiry dates

• Maintain, update personnel records, leave records, medical claim record, organization chart, telephone list

• Process payroll include OT, CPF submission, Tax Clearance, Form IR21/IR8A in accurate and timely manner

• Process NS make-up pay claim, FWL waiver, etc.

• Compile monthly HR report

• Address employees\' queries on HR-related issues

• Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational needs

Administrative

• Oversee all administrative tasks in the office include receptionist duties to address all general inquiries, collecting mails, issuance of uniform, access card, PPE and time attendance finger print registration

• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies eg. Stationery

• Liaise with external vendors, and provide administrative support for insurance, recruitment, facility maintenance eg. Air-cond, Copier machine, Fire Alarm, Hoist Lift, office cleanliness, water cooler, etc.

• Liaise with Shanghai office on email server matters, creating/deleting email accounts

• Role of Fire Warden for the Fire evacuation drill exercise twice/year

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity preferably in manufacturing industry with Management experience

• Good knowledge of Singapore labour and employment laws

• Punctuality, proactive, organized, meticulous, able to work independently with minimal supervision

• MS Office proficiency, know Infotech or SQL software is an advantage

• Ability to practice high level of confidentiality

• Bi-language, able to converse & write Chinese in order to liaise with Shanghai colleague

• Prefer if available immediately or within short notice
