Implement HSQE programs within the corporate office and monitor their status, providing reports at periodic intervals.
Maintain the Companys HSQE related statistics, conducting trend analysis and providing reports at periodic intervals
Maintain the Companys greenhouse gas inventory
Conduct compliance checks with the Companys Integrated Management System via document and on-site verification.
Facilitate internal and external audits and management review.
Maintain and revise the Companys Integrated Management System periodically.
Review processes with the objective of moving towards digitalization and automation of processes
Gather the appropriate training material applicable to a subject matter, such as through research and discussion with subject matter experts and refine it into easy to grasp concepts.
Development of training content packages appropriate to the mode of delivery, such as via e-learning courses, physical workshops, or on-the-job training and assessment record books.
Monitor the day-to-day activities on the learning management system, ensuring employees complete their assigned training within the stipulated time frame by liaising with the appropriate department heads.
Analyse training feedback, statistics, and records from the learning management system to identify areas of improvement to generate periodic reports and recommendations.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably with health, safety, and environment background
Minimum 3-year health, safety, and environment management system experience, including familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001.
Advantageous to hold industry relevant certificates, e.g. ISO 9001/14001/45001 Internal Auditor, BLS/AED, Trainer the Trainer or ACTA/ACLP.
Proficient in the use of Office365 applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Flow, and related hosted services such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Familiar with the use of audio, graphic, and video manipulation software to create training content.
Must possess proficient language skills necessary to the development of training content relevant to regional employees.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
