Full spectrum of the HR functions
Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from managers
Responsible for recruitment of non-executive staff
Responsible for On Boarding and Off Boarding Processes
Performance of timely work pass applications/ renewal and cancellations for foreign employees
Advice on HR policy and procedure and good practices with the aim of enhancing employee communication, engagement and performance
Manage performance appraisal process
Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
