You will manage leave administration and work injury compensation cases as well as oversee work pass administration. You will also supervise and monitor work of direct reports as well as control and review work processes to make them more effective and efficient. As part of the job, you are required to handle general staff enquiries and enquiries mainly on leave administration, work injury compensation and work pass administration, which are in compliance with the SGH HR policies and regulatory requirements.
