Responsibilities: * Perform HR transactional activities in partnership with local HRBP * Perform and process full employee life cycle " onboarding, annual increment and other employee changes, Responsibilities: Perform HR transactional activities in partnership with local HRBP Perform and process full employee life cycle ' onboarding, annual increment and other employee changes, promotion/salary adjustments, training and development, retirement and re-employment matters To work with different counterparts for onboarding and offboarding Manage and issue HR letters e.g. letter of offers, termination Assist in MOM surveys, Employment Pass or Work Permit online and other transactions, familiar with local MOM sector requirement Manage and update the HR system, including e-leave system to ensure accuracy Assist and execute rewards and benefits programs e.g. insurance communications to employees, including claims and renewals, employee referral programs, union agreements alignment Able to perform full payroll function and accurate checkings To continuously review the HR processes to be efficient and reduce waste Provide and maintain reports for HR metrics e.g. retention, attrition, recruitment rates Act as a point of contact and provide support to employees on their HR queries and escalate any issues to local HRBP Engage with employees on employee engagement activities Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Arts, Business Administration or related field Min 5 years in HR Experience in Workday and/or Timesoft are advantageous Tempserv Pte Ltd License No : 06C3745 Daniel Lee / R1989151
