Senior Human Resource Executive (Talent Acquisition)
Design and implement a full cycle recruiting process.
Identify, develop, and promote diverse recruiting sources and methods to widen Company\xe2\x80\x99s pool of talented candidates and to create a strong talent pipeline for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Discuss and establish detailed job descriptions and qualification requirements of employment with hiring managers.
Identify those suitable for shortlisting, conduct interviews and provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
Manage the salary offer and negotiations process.
Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates.
Manage the logistics for and registration of recruitment activities with event organizers and preparation of materials.
Corporate presentation and career talks at campuses and public events
Attend and manage scholarship and internship interviews, screen and select candidates.
Manage manpower supply agencies and handle the full cycle of foreign worker recruitment.
Produce reports on hiring plans, strategies, and HR recruitment metrics.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess at least a Degree preferably in HRM
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
Proficient in MS Office
Independent and able to operate with minimal supervision
People oriented and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with Employment Act
Familiar with TAFEP guidelines can be added.
