Senior Human Resource Executive * Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 Working Days: 5 days * Working Timing: 9AM to 6PM * Working Location: Tanjong Pagar Responsibilities * Perform full spectrum Senior Human Resource Executive Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 Working Days: 5 days Working Timing: 9AM to 6PM Working Location: Tanjong Pagar Responsibilities Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes Manage and maintain employees within the Group's attendance, tardiness, P-File, payroll (80 headcount) , insurance and other employee relations matters Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and Dance and team building activities Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group's employee appraisal Assist in organizing and management of the Annual Singapore Ferrous Metal Week Prepare relevant Company documents including Company profile and other procedural documentation Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned Requirements Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or relevant At least 3-5 years relevant experience in HR and payroll for substantial company size
