Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide strategic & tactical advice to executive leadership on succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
Drive HR transformation in positioning human resources as a business partner in the organization to ensure all people-related initiatives align with business goals.
Develop, enhance and implement appropriate HR policies and programs to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.
Lead, coach, mentor and build the capabilities of HR team to be operationally strong.
Partner with executive leadership and key operations leaders on the development of a workforce strategy and executable plan
Develop talent management strategies to identify, develop and retain critical talents to build talent pipeline with the objective of meeting staffing needs and facilitates succession planning.
Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters. Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes.
Ensure that current HR practices are in compliance with governmental regulations and advising management on needed actions.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 8 years of HR experience in leadership position.
Candidates possess minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B industry will be added advantage.
Good analytical skills with a high proficiency in MS Excel & Word will be a plus.
Able to lead and manage of range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach.
A good track record of leading HR teams in a fast-paced organisation with excellent leadership skill, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with initiative and who is able to work independently.
