Job Description
Title: Senior HVAC EngineerJob Responsibilities:Prepare HVAC design philosophy and technical specifications for HVAC equipment.Prepare HVAC air flow diagrams and schematic drawings.Prepare HVAC Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) drawings.Carry out heat load and ACMV calculations as per ASHRAE for control rooms, electrical rooms, substations, etc. Awareness of SMACNA.Prepare HVAC ducting layout drawings.Prepare RFQ/TBE for HVAC equipment.Update HVAC master equipment list.Prepare cause and effect diagrams for HVAC.Job Requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical or Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Engineering.Minimum 12 years of experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation.Knowledge in HVAC system design, including Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and schematic diagrams.Review equipment GA\xe2\x80\x99s, P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s, ducting layouts, and chilled water piping layouts.Preparation of duct supports, ventilation system design and drawings, and air conditioning system design and drawings.Ability to support and coordinate with a team of Engineers and Designers.Knowledge of HVAC design fundamentals.Knowledge of software tools such as AutoCAD, PDMS, SP3D, Navisworks, and Smart Plant Review.
