Human by nature.Assistant Facilities Manager - Your future position?Working location: PioneerReporting to: IFM ManagerJob PurposeAs an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will work with our IFM vendor to manage and resolve hard and soft facilities operation issues. Also, act as main contact for employees and IFM vendors, while meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract. Support Givaudan strategies, including the coordination and implementation of IFM-related projects.Core ResponsibilitiesInternal Stakeholder ManagementProactively engage internal stakeholders to ensure that services expectations are metBuild and develop effective stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisationEnsure escalation procedures are in place and observed for problem/fault reportingPrepare monthly management report for Givaudan\'s IFM Committee (monthly) and Management Committee (when needed)IFM Vendor ManagementCoordinate and monitor the contractors under IFM teamSupervise and maintain the work schedule of IFM teamEnsure that daily work orders and feedbacks are addressed and attended toPlan and carry out regular site survey with IFM team for all sitesPrepare monthly financial reports including accruals and varianceProvide feedback on the IFM\'s staff and suggest relevant improvements neededAdminister the master data for approval process in vendor\'s application softwareNegotiate terms for ad-hoc jobs with IFM vendor and contractors with support from IM&SContinuous ImprovementDevelop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost-saving and service level improvements.Work with IFM vendors to implement improvements to soft and hard services, M&E equipment, buildings and compoundsAcademic BackgroundBachelor\'s Degree in facilities management, building science, estate management, engineering or other related fieldsWork Experience & Technical Skills3-5 years\' experience managing different soft and hard services including cleaning, security, mail room, cafeteria, event management, general and chemical waste management, pest control, sanitary, laundry, lifts, ACMV systems, electrical distribution systems, fire protection and alarm systems, offices and building maintenance, etc.Exposure to office, logistics, laboratory or manufacturing environment would be an advantageOur BenefitsAttractive package with benefitsExcellent opportunities for progressive learning and developmentA creative team environment that will inspire youComprehensive healthcare plansPTO and family leaveAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people\'s lives.
