We are looking for Senior Industrialization Assembly / Automation Engineer to make a difference!

What will you do?

• To lead Product Manufacturing Process according to SPS & LADM for PMP OCP Projects
• To make benchmark study on new assembly technologies and confirm their industrial feasibilities through test during the OTM process
• To justify the best choice of product architecture by assessing each studied operation feasibility & simplicity of the associated manufacturing process in \xe2\x80\x98Product/Process Architecture Options \xe2\x80\x98
• To propose & justify (investment vs. assembly cost) the most economical manufacturing process architecture according to the rules of SPS (Schneider Production System) & LADM (Line Architecture Design Methodology) in \xe2\x80\x98 DO \xe2\x80\x98 stage gate
• To design manufacturing line architecture, complete the technical specification of assembly means / automatic line
• To launch and qualify the assembly means / automatic line according to industrialization budget & schedule.
• To train plant staffs and transfer the Industrial files to plant
• To lead the Control Jigs & Gauges activities, Automatic line activities
• To define & industrialize the control jigs & gauges in PMP (Project Management Process)
• To lead Automatic line activities

What qualifications will make you successful?

• University degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering/Mechanical)
• Preferable 8 years (min. 5 yrs) manufacturing process with Jig & Gauge experience in industrial product
• Preferable 8 years (min. 5 yrs) manufacturing process with automatic line experience in industrial product
• Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Products
• Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes (Assembly Technologies)
• Experience on Jig/Gauge design
• Experience on automatic line design
• Financial background to propose the most economic manufacturing process & investment
• Experience on Project management
• Willing to work in team
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
• Open minded, ready to learn others\xe2\x80\x99 best practices
