Job Description


This senior role is perfect for a hands-on infrastructure architect with leadership experience. You\'ll be responsible for driving the technical direction of the organization\'s IT infrastructure, while also leading a team of subject matter experts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Architect and design innovative, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions that leverage cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Hands-on Implementation: Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team on critical infrastructure projects. This includes configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Cost Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize IT infrastructure costs. Implement strategies to reduce cloud spend, improve resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of IT infrastructure experts. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them develop their skills.
  • Project Management: Oversee infrastructure projects, including design, implementation, and migration to the cloud. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet performance goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Foster collaboration between your team, other IT departments, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure Architect or similar technical leadership role (7+ years)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (networking, virtualization, cloud, storage, security)
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize IT infrastructure costs and resource allocation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation
