Job Responsibilities
In a strategic capacity, this is a first of its type of role where you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to transform, impact and leave a mark in the group wide infrastructure. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for developing a strategy for the infrastructure architecture, building the roadmap, defining architectural patterns and standardization of subsidiaries whilst working together with the respective teams.

• Plan & build the entire infrastructure roadmap, developing a comprehensive strategy
• Evaluate the existing technology infrastructure and look into areas for simplification and modernization in accordance with modern software engineering standards and best practices.
• This include areas such as cloud readiness, microservice readiness, container readiness, better support hybrid workplace and resilient and robust data centres.
• Collaborate with the Application Owners and the Enterprise Architecture Team to communicate the strategic platform and the migration roadmap to the stakeholders.
• Responsible for defining architecture patterns for various use cases and promoting their adoption and acceptance among the relevant stakeholders; aligning with the organisation\'s strategic infrastructure and roadmap.
• Facilitate the adoption of Software Define Network (SDN); developing a migration roadmap to transition the existing network to SDN
• Evaluate the efficiency of infrastructure automation in collaboration with the Service Build and Engineering Team. This includes the utilisation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and integrating tools such as Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Requirements

• Passion and expertise in IT infrastructure and spearheading transformation projects
• Experience in Technical Architecture or Solution Architecture
• Wide exposure in various technologies that cuts across different platform to support business transformation in different domains
