5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Part of the Regional Team to assist in administration, planning and implementation of IT standardization, infrastructure, technologies and cybersecurity within the Asia Division.
• Manage and monitor all installed IT systems and infrastructure (servers, storage systems, backup server, network switches, and firewalls) to ensure availability, performance & security.
• Management of IT systems (servers, storage, backup, switches, firewall) daily activities; incident and problem management and liaise with vendors and other functional IT team for problem resolution and root cause analysis.
• Responsible for the network configuration changes (switch / router / firewall / wireless), keep update/maintain the documentation, inventory and also regularly review of the network performance, capacity planning, and contribute the monthly report.
• Provide level 1 to 3 support for End-User Computing devices within the Asia Division. Including rolling out standardise software like EDR, Endpoint Management Tools, Office365, Printers and laptops.
• Proactively ensure highest level of system availability, maintain acceptable system performance, and respond to critical production system alerts including potential cybersecurity exploits.
• Lead / participate in planning and implementation of local and regional projects across multiple sites and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IP networking, routing, vlan, high availability, load balancing and firewalling concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
