Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle sales proposals/tender documents
- Ultilize potential customer information to facilitate sales
- Perform administrative support for project management processes
- Implement appropriate solutions to address customer queries
- Understand customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customer
- Perform logistics services\' operational documentation
- Analyse and identify innovative logistics solutions that address customer needs
- Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate implementation components
- Monitor industry product and service prices and cost structures
- Perform basic risk assessments and apply operational policies, standards
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Sales & Marketing
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the logistics/supply chain industry
- Knowledge in participating through Gebiz would be an added advantage
