Company: Singapore MNC Industry: Engineering Services Location: Tuas Nexus Type: 2-Year Contract Project: Environmental Engineering - IWMF Construction Project
Key Responsibilities:


Design & Documentation: Prepare engineering specs, datasheets, and drawings (P&ID, loop diagrams, cable schedules, etc.) for instrumentation and control systems. Project Execution: Manage I&C activities from design to commissioning -- including scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking. Technical Expertise: Handle PLC, DCS, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and related systems. Vendor Coordination: Review vendor proposals, drawings, and manage technical interfaces. Compliance & Safety: Ensure designs follow industry codes; participate in HAZOP and safety reviews. Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain control systems at project sites. Team & Client Interaction: Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients and project teams.
Requirements:


Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Control Engineering. Strong hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. Proficient in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and relevant control system software. Knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, networking (TCP/IP, Modbus, Ethernet). Familiar with industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in construction, power, or industrial projects preferred.
