The Role:

Lead interior design assignments that include conceptual and schematic design through project completion
Leading the interior assignment in the schematic design
Participate in the selection of FF&E color palettes and material presentations and generate specifications
Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.
Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
Work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives

The Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Min 7-10 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on Hospitality interiors
Outstanding graphic presentation skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3-d visualization tools and SketchUp
Skilled in conceptual thinking and experiential design
Expert knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, color & materials
Expert knowledge of furniture systems and specifications
Proficient in Creative Adobe Suite applications
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
