Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with the Design Director & project teams to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and client\xe2\x80\x99s agreement
- Work closely with project team on producing full sets of tender & construction drawings / specifications
- Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline
- Review of shop drawings / samples, strike-offs, and materials etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent
- Participate in project review meetings and Client presentations as needed
- Proactively research new innovative designs, industry trends and best practices
ABILITIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience in commercial interior design
- Well versed in Space planning and Conceptualization of Offices
- Highly proficient in all design related softwares such as Autocad, 3D softwares ( Sketchup preferred), Photoshop and Microsoft office applications
- Ability to create / provide design detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, planning and organization skills
- Strong at documentation
- Creative and innovative to craft strong design concepts
- Good written and spoken English
