Senior Interior Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Must be able to design and handle projects from concept to handover independently.

- Creates and prepares presentation slides, detailed plans, specifications and layout

- Must be able to work closely with Associate Director, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and relevant authorities

- Must be able to present to clients on design, materials, drawings progress and layout

- Must be able to plan and execute a plan based on project timelines, overall and micro- programmes

- Must be able to mentor and guide junior staff

- Must be a team player

Requirements

- Highly Creative with Recognized professional qualification in Interior Design and/or Architecture

- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience for Senior ID in design consultancy

- At least 10 years relevant experience in Implementation in related industries, with knowledge and understanding of construction materials. Resourceful, self-driven, Diligent, Responsible Personality & Negotiation Skills.

- Relevant experience in Workplace, hospitality or healthcare or Commercial or Mixed-Use Development projects will be an added advantage

- Proven track record of completing deliverables to a high standard

- Able to plan, schedule and execute project timelines for senior ID

- FF&E Knowledge or material selection experience is essential

- Conceptualise and model/render 3D perspectives

- Strong design and presentation skills

- Strong in narrative & story telling

- Ability to support liaison with Clients and extract briefing information

- Competent in Photoshop and Sketch Up. Will be an advantage if competent with 3D rendering software i.e. 3D Max or Viz, Enscape or Lumion

- Ability to work in a fast pace and changeable environment and be under pressure while meeting deadlines.

- Effectively manage conflict resolutions and handle all disputes in swift and efficient manner
