Our team is looking for: Senior Interior Designer Candidate\xe2\x80\x99s Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Meet and understand client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and prepare design proposal \xc2\xb7 Undertake design project from concept to completion \xc2\xb7 Produce 3D & detailed drawings \xc2\xb7 Work with sub-contractors or suppliers to understand and source for materials \xc2\xb7 Develop creative, solution-base plans to clients in areas of space planning, furniture products, colours and mood board \xc2\xb7 Take on-site measurements and all relevant photos for planning and conceptualising \xc2\xb7 Work closely with project team and client during the content construction/implantation phase \xc2\xb7 Understand the construction process and prioritize the procedures at various stages \xc2\xb7 Ensure dimensions and materials use are accurate and fully functional \xc2\xb7 Work diligently to deliver services and completed projects to client timely and professionally \xc2\xb7 Maintain work communication and attend to client, project team enquiries always via WhatsApp and other communication tools, outside working hours if necessary \xc2\xb7 Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Candidate\xe2\x80\x99s Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Possess a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design & Architecture or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop \xc2\xb7 Exceptional time management and deliver jobs punctually \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and confident in handling clients\xe2\x80\x99 concerns \xc2\xb7 Organized, trustworthy, highly motivated, resourceful and able to work independently \xc2\xb7 Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Require to handle projects simultaneously \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate well in Mandarin for Chinese speaking associates Work Remotely
