Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct and report on operational, financial, compliance and/or IT general controls audits.

• Review and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.

• Draft clear and concise report findings and communicate to respective stakeholders.

• Ensure all audit documentation are sufficient, relevant, complete, timely and logically presented and documented.

• Maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders while maintaining independence and confidentiality in all audit matters.

• Support the preparation and reporting to management and Audit Committee.

• Assist in ad hoc assignments (e.g. special investigations or taskforce).

• Assist the management of co-sourced/outsourced projects when required.

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Information Systems/Cyber Security or equivalent.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CA, and CISA, etc.) will be reviewed favorably.

• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience gained in an international professional accounting firm and/or in-house internal audit function.

• Mid-career candidates who are open and adaptable to a dynamic environment are welcome to apply.

• Hands-on experience in real estate industry and/or IT audits would be preferred.

• Meticulous, naturally inquisitive and has an eye for details.

• High level of energy and good initiative.

• Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with good commercial acumen.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.

• Experience and proficiency in TeamMate+, Caseware IDEA, Power BI and/or SAP would be an advantage.
