Job Description
Title: Investment AnalystLocation: SingaporeAbout the Role:
- Global Renewable Energy Developer
- Asia jurisdiction
- Ability to speak Japanese is required
- Support the business development team on transactions in Asia, especially North Asia
- Develop financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities and potential acquisition
- Perform market research that may have an impact on potential acquisitions or new investment strategies
- Conduct due diligence for transactions including legal and financing, identifying areas of risk
- Prepare reports on market and feasibility analysis
- Assist the team in all matters related to a deal - close, documentations, structuring
- Bachelor\'s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
- 3 years of professional working experience in the Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sectors
- Able to build financial models
- Ability to speak English and Japanese, this individual will be involved in transactions in Japan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel
