Responsibilities
Responsible for executing debt and equity financing transactions
Perform structuring, arranging, executing & syndicating deals
Perform due diligence check on transaction and legal documentation
Prepare Investment Memorandum
Provide operational support whenever required
Build and maintain relationship with new and existing Fintech platforms
Supervise and provide guidance to junior investment analyst
Constant stay up to date on market trends and changes in regulation
Requirements
MBA or Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or equivalent
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance or capital market
Knowledge in Fintech and Financial Services industry
