• Position Title: Senior IT Administrator/ Senior IT Executive
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Profit Sharing
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s IT infrastructure, including intranet, internet, ERP system, servers, workstations, backup and network security.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of software and hardware in workstations and servers.
• Development of standard operating procedures in accordance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business systems and processes.
• Create customized reports and queries upon request by writing simple codes in the ERP system.
• Manage Domain Controller, Domain Forest, and OU \xe2\x80\x93 Organization Unit. AD Active Directory, Services, Group Policy in Win Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 R2 Standard Edition.
• Manage Backup systems, veeam, Storage Craft Shadow Protect.
• Manage standard server configuration from Microsoft OS and Backup OS \xe2\x80\x93 storage craft and Acronys.
• Manage Cloud Server Technology with the backup procedure.
• Manage IP Setting Configuration - TCP IP V4 and V6 and DHCP settings and configuration, DNS settings and configuration.
• Manage Router Configuration and Switches, POE Switches and Manage LAN Connection (HUB/PORT/Switch)
• Development of user manuals for ERP system users.
• Design and implementation of disaster recovery solutions and policies.
• Conduct routine software and hardware audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with the established IT policies and guidelines.
• Maintenance of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s website.

• At least Diploma in Computer/ IT engineering or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry and Process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Website, Windows OS networking, Firewalls, TCP/IP and software development environment are required.
