Senior It Administrator
Job Description
- Provide level 1 user support. Knowledge of Zendesk or Mantis Bug Tracker would be advantageous.
- Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Exposure to Industrial Control System (ICS) and CC-Link.
- Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting for Dell desktops/laptops, Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization, Extreme Networks layer 3 switches, 3CX VOIP.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure day-to-day administration and regional support.
- Management experience in Artificial Intelligence based security such as Cylance and Phishing Protection.
- Experience in project management and execution in infrastructure and application.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain Management) in a manufacturing and/or FMCG environment.
- Hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Willing to learn and think out-of-the-box.
