Moloco is looking for an IT Engineer to help support and grow our APAC offices. This position is based in Singapore, and will be a key part of our global expansion. The Opportunity:

Provide Tier 2 and 3 support to our users in Singapore, India, Seoul, Beijing, and Tokyo.

Oversee the LAN and WAN infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.

Handle procurement and configuration of user equipment, such as laptops.

Assist in office build outs, providing in person support for our rapid expansion.

Collaborate with the global IT team, helping create a follow the sun incident management process.

Support a wide suite of SaaS-based productivity tools, such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, and Notion.

Support user laptops (primarily Apple-based).

Be in charge of the office A/V environment, ensuring smooth, efficient communication.

Create documentation, runbooks and knowledge base articles.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• Experience running a SaaS-first, global IT infrastructure.
• Skills with WiFi architecture and rollout in an RF-dense environment.
• A bias toward automation - getting rid of toil.
• Experience using Agile methodologies to manage your work.
• A passion for taking ownership of unfamiliar tasks, learning the necessary skills to complete them, and driving them to successful outcomes.
• Great customer service skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Mandarin and English languages.
