About Our Client
Our client, a prominent player in the financial sector, operates in the Wealth Management industry across the world. They boast a strong commitment to excellence and compliance, serving a diverse clientele with a wide range of financial services.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT partners and external vendors, to oversee a comprehensive range of projects.
• Secure active engagement and commitment from stakeholders and sponsors throughout project lifecycles.
• Define precise project scope and requirements, while effectively managing scope changes as they arise.
• Skillfully navigate project risks and conflicts, while also overseeing budgeting and financial resource allocation.
• Strategically plan and manage IT resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Implement technical solutions, adhering to the bank\'s software lifecycle guidelines, and working closely with the primary software vendor for delivery.
• Contribute to testing efforts and facilitate customer sign-off upon successful project completion.
• Produce and distribute comprehensive project reports, establishing and maintaining essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Curate valuable lessons learned from project experiences, involving all stakeholders, to inform and enhance future project endeavors.

• Experience: A proven track record in the Financial sector, with a specific focus on the Wealth Management industry.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Asia regulatory landscape, including concepts such as suitability.
• Expertise: Proficiency in Portfolio Management, Advisory, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Vendor Management: Capable of effectively managing relationships with software vendors.
• Business Analysis: Skilled in conducting business analysis, creating requirements, and defining functional specifications.
• Methodologies: Comfortable working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, adapting as necessary.
• Collaborative Skills: Able to forge strong partnerships between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring a unified project approach.
