Job Description

What you will be working on:
You will be joining a team of IT Infrastructure specialists taking a key role in IT Infrastructure. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst for the Whole of Government (WoG) Infrastructure, your main roles and responsibilities would include: Provide central user computing services such as Email, Secure Email, VPN and End Point Protection Services Work with IT facilities management providers to plan, manage and deliver technical refresh of end point devices, as well as support the implementation of WOG initiatives, policies and guidelines pertaining to end user devices projects to upkeep and improve desktop services Monitor and maintain desktop services and work with IT facilities management providers to attend and resolve issues, problems and process service requests from departments Review existing policies and streamline current processes for better governance and efficient management of end user devices Maintain the patch management and software distribution tools to ensure end devices are up to date with security fixes and patches Provide technical support in managing the PUB Active Directory Services, Software Distribution and Imaging Services Responsible for End Point IT Security such as whitelisting software, ensuring that anti-virus software and definition files, desktop firewall rules and data encryption are in place
What we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in end user computing Work well under pressure and tight deadlines Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts Successful applicants will be contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting
