Job responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of AI-driven IT systems and solutions. Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with the company's AI-focused goals and objectives. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related IT needs and opportunities. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure supporting AI applications. Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions. Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain operational excellence. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize IT operations and project delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience. Act as a key liaison between IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.


Job requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (8+ years) in IT management, with a focus on AI technologies and solutions. Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools. Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans in alignment with business objectives. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex IT environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Experience with budget management and resource allocation in IT projects. Certifications in relevant IT and AI domains (e.g., AWS, Azure, TensorFlow) are a plus.
