Responsibilities

Primary role is Network IT Support.
Maintaining and configuring the network equipments (Cisco, Fortigate, Ubiquiti, Aruba)
Troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, VPN and Firewall related issues.
Enhancement and change of network configurations, whenever deemed necessary such as Installing SSL Certificates and creating new VLAN.
Secondary role is System IT Support.
Windows Server administration such as Hyper V, Active Directory, GPO.
Other roles assigned will be providing Helpdesk/workstation IT support
Perform 24/7 off-site standby for fault activation after office hours.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
Prefer Cisco CCNA or relevant Networking certifications.
Strong hands-on knowledge with Networking products, e.g. routers, firewalls, switches.
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) will be advantageous
3 to 5 years hands-on working experience.
Must be willing to work at different sites across Singapore as scheduled (Jurong West, Upper Thomson, Yishun, Bras Basah, etc.).
