Job Description

In Bastion, we recognize that great things in business are never done by one person and we can turn your passion into a fuel for innovation.We are looking for an analyst with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in Technical & Helpdesk Support and can provide support in managing the operations of the Service Desk Team.Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and professionally work with technical counterparts within the company to resolve all User-impacting issues.
  • Build strong relationships with other Divisions, including definition of escalation paths, response service-level agreement, etc.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of all aspects of the company and its sister company.
  • Monitor all systems and respond to alerts according to predefined guidelines.
  • Submit reports on a timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks or duties that are deemed fit by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • With 4 years related experience.
  • Willing to work in Salcedo, Makati.
