Responsibilities

Provide day to day IT support for laptop, desktop, mobile devices, network, server, and security.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Administer and support core Microsoft products such as Office 365, Azure Sync, and Windows 2021 AD and file server.
Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
Support in Vulnerability assessment and resolution.
Perform 24/7 off-site standby for fault activation after office hours.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
Strong hands-on with Microsoft product such as Windows 10/11/2019/2021/Active Directory
Able to install Microsoft Hyper V and Backup & Replication
3 to 5 years hands-on working experience.
Must be willing to work at different sites across Singapore as scheduled (Jurong West, Upper Thomson, Yishun, Bras Basah, etc.).
