Responsible for data integration and service orchestration across multiple enterprise systems, including but not limited to ERP, HR, Finance, Inventory, and Asset Management systems; ensure data consistency, stable API interaction, and business process reliability across platforms; Design and develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable Java code for core business modules and middleware services; participate in technical reviews, code refactoring, and resolution of complex technical challenges; Continuously monitor system health and user feedback post-deployment, contributing to improvements in availability, usability, and operational efficiency of the platform; Take the lead or actively participate in defining API standards, managing service contracts, and implementing secure communication mechanisms in multi-system integration scenarios.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development, with strong programming fundamentals and JVM performance tuning skills; Proficient in microservice frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, with a solid understanding of distributed system architecture; Familiar with middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and RocketMQ, with hands-on experience in database design and SQL optimization; Prior experience in office system integration, workflow engine development, or process customization is preferred; Experience with mainstream low-code platforms (e.g. Seeyon, slack, etc.) is a strong plus; Strong coding standards and engineering discipline, familiar with CI/CD workflows and tools like Git, Maven, and Docker; * Excellent business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to independently design and deliver complex modules.
