• Established over 10 years ago with about 150-200 team members globally. Offices across China, Japan, Malaysia, and HQ in Singapore.

• After a very successful 2025, looking for a new Senior Java Engineer to join their AI Product team in Malaysia.
• Lead the architecture design of distributed systems handling 10M+ traffic, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Build high-availability cloud-native services using Kubernetes and Spring Cloud Alibaba with circuit-breaking strategies
• Drive AI-powered refactoring of business modules and integrate advanced AI features (RAG, recommendation engines, voice interaction) at the application layer
• Solve high-concurrency challenges and optimize distributed storage solutions with Redis and Kafka
• Establish frameworks for engineering efficiency, leveraging AI coding tools to enhance CI/CD pipelines and code quality

Key Candidate Criteria

• At least 5+ years of Java development experience, with expertise in high-concurrency architecture and distributed systems
• Mastery of Spring Cloud Alibaba (Nacos, Sentinel) and cloud-native stacks (K8s, Docker)
• Deep knowledge of network programming (TCP/IP, HTTP2), multithreading, and JVM tuning
• Proven track record of leading 3+ mid-to-large scale projects, with strong business abstraction skills
• Experience in AI application-layer development (LLM API integration, RAG systems) and familiarity with AI engineering tools (Copilot, JetBrains AI) would be a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
