About the role

We are seeking highly motivated lawyers, paralegals, legal executives or junior lawyers to join our Team to improve Large Language Model. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work from home, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to balance their professional and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

You will need to read a user query and two responses, then choose which response is better. You need to make the decision based on legal accuracy and whether the response directly answers the question, including the correct timeframe and key conditions/exceptions. You need to provide a brief justification and a confidence rating for each choice.

What we're looking for

Law background required: current law student, law graduate, or legally trained professional (e.g., paralegal/legal executive/junior lawyer). Flexible legal literacy across domains: able to handle and compare answers involving different types of law (e.g., criminal law, evidence, procedure, public law/regulatory rules), and adapt reasoning based on the specific statute/rule referenced in the prompt. Comfortable reading statutory-style text (sections, subsections, definitions, qualifiers, exceptions) and identifying what is actually required by the legal test. Strong English comprehension; able to evaluate legal/policy content without being misled by fluent but incorrect writing. Able to detect common failure modes, such as wrong legal standard / mental element (e.g., "reasonable belief" vs actual intent), missing exceptions/limitations/conditions, or unsupported legal assertions or overconfident conclusions, etc. Able to write concise, specific justifications (1-3 sentences) and provide consistent confidence ratings.

Pay: $50,176.02 - $60,427.04 per year
