Carry out on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of security equipment as needed
Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance of systems such as CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Integrated Security Management Systems
Respond to customer service requests in a prompt and professional manner
Be the main point of contact for all customer-related enquiries
Work with principals, suppliers, and system engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Coordinate with relevant parties and end-users throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with suppliers or principals to source and arrange spare parts
Conduct product demonstrations for customers when required
Be part of a scheduled rotation for on-call support duties
Perform any other tasks assigned as part of the role
Requirements:
NITEC, Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems.
Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage.
A strong team player with good problem-solving abilities.
