What the role is:
As a Senior/ Lead Manager in the Corporate Development Branch of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), you will play a pivotal role in managing the professional development (PD) programmes and awards that promote and recognise excellence within MOE.
What you will be working on:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to lead in the conduct of PD programmes and awards for the teaching fraternity o Provide strategic oversight of awards and recognition schemes that promote excellence in education, covering publicity, nomination, shortlisting and selection processes o Provide strategic oversight of budget allocation and resource management for PD programmes and initiatives, ensuring optimal utilisation and cost-effectiveness o Drive innovation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, implementing best practices, and leading innovative approaches to PD programmes and initiatives, where applicable o Foster cross-branch collaborations and partnerships to enhance the quality and effectiveness of programme and awards delivery

What we are looking for:

• At least five years of working experience, preferably in areas related to PD programme management and administration o Strong analytical and data management skills, with working knowledge and proficiency in data analysis tools including MS Excel o Dynamic individual who is proactive, resourceful and able to work independently to oversee large-scale initiatives whilst meeting critical deadlines and maintaining high quality standards o Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior management, government agencies, and external partners o Ability to combine innovative thinking with operational excellence, identifying opportunities to drive organisational change and process improvements whilst maintaining meticulosity and quality assurance As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
