Senior / Lead Project Engineer

Overview
You will lead engineering activities from design to commissioning, ensuring all technical, safety, and operational requirements are met. The role covers project delivery, handover to operations, and site support during construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee project and engineering work during EPC and operations. Review contractor deliverables and track progress vs. scope, schedule, and budget. Manage technical clarifications, variations, and evaluations. Work with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Support development planning, upgrades, and modifications. Monitor contractor performance for quality and compliance. Prepare progress reports and highlight risks and mitigation plans. Apply new technologies to improve project delivery.

Experience
6-15 years in oil & gas (operator, EPC or consultancy). Gas plant / refinery / storage terminal experience or FPSO/FSO Strong project engineering experience. Skilled in FEED, detailed engineering, and project management. Analytical, proactive, and team-focused. Able to handle conflict and adapt to changing priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
