Responsibilities

Closely collaborate with Maintenance Manager to support the fulfilment of contract obligations on system job scope
Creation and maintenance of system solution documentations including technical specification, procedure, and user manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-domain technical issues related to system software, hardware, network connectivity.
Installation, Debug and troubleshooting IT-related issues
Guide and train junior team members to enhance systems engineering competencies

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security or Equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant job experience.
Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficient in Networking, SQL and Windows OS
Knowledge in any of the following will be a strong advantage: A. Cybersecurity, B. Vulnerabilities Assessment, C. Windows patching or software development knowledge D. Setup and install access control system e.g., key manage system, CCTV, card reader or gantry E. Windows Failover Clustering
Required to occasionally work outside office hours to support systems or project when required.
