Job Responsibilities:

Overall Responsible for Tenancy Matters of Tenants and Managing of Lease Issues with Tenants Site Management and ensure Compliance to Authorities regulations. Formulate strategies which encompass rental review Negotiate the renewal of Tenancy Agreements. Perform Credit Analysis on customers Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship. Responsible for Rental Collection and monitor Credit Control of Tenants Liaise with Legal Department on Legal Cases Handover/Takeover of leased units Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial/Commercial rental portfolio Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients) Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure. A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work independently with minimum supervision * Ability to work in a team
