About Our Client
Our client is a listed organization within the Singapore market, expanding and growing their marketshare within locally and regionally.
- Develop new businesses and logos for the organization to maximize rental and occupancy rates
- Identify new opportunities for new and existing clientele.
- Conduct market research on competitors and market benchmarks within the rental and occupancy space
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects
- About 3 years of experience within commercial rentals
- Strong familiairity within real estate industry
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skillset within key decision makers
